why am i feeling so disatisfied? i want things to speed up but yet i know i should savour the slow rapture of the present... hmmm....... i'm so enchanted by you but i don't even know why.

ahh... speaking of last night! i forgot to take photos, i'm so sad.. but me and ftb (namely kinky, claire aiksoon james me and most importantly Z!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) plus, our adopted friend jem we went to eat paper wrapped chicken!!! at union farm.... hahha it was fun, mainly because i spent like 5 hours mustering up the courage to do sth i've never done in my life! and though i practically had a heart attack before and after i'm quite proud of myself! (leila! ask me what brillant thing i did, haha) and i was so happy after that i practically tripped over my own two feet on the overhead bridge and also fell into a hole while getting into a taxi, making both jem on the phone as well as the ppl in the bckground laugh, AND the taxi driver too.... sighhhh i'm just so excited!!!!!!!!!
NOW i have nothing to wear :( dark coloured dress??? i dun have!!!! :(

oops i realise i've been posting one entry in two months... but im bored in te office... spent abt 1 hr alone today... cos joanniiee went for lunch.. i didnt mind.. cos im monopolising the comp now.
anyway my skin is really getting me down. i used to have near perfect skin!!! at the beginning of this yr. then lazy lil me decided not to remove her makeup before she sleeps and tadah!!!!! PIMPLES GALORE. :(

hello im sorry i havent updated in 4897451564561594895 days, but life's been keeping me real busy..... RAH i have no time for my friends! shing yanmin doro lynn mellie where are you guys??????? of course i see leila everyday at work, which is good because i must update you all on our secret mission soon.
IM A TEACHER!!!!!!!! HELLO. can u believe i can be a teacher? i don't think i really believe myself either. haha.. help mee..
and after sch everyday, i rush to work. at paya lebar which is like 567515649154 km away. and the mrt ride is 4489255621456 hours long. yawn. but the saving grace is that i can see leila. and we can see tall guy and short guy who share our office. THEY'RE CUTE! unfortunately, i kinda know nothing about them.
except!!!!!!!!they spoke to us today!!! but they caught us at a super duper bad time. i was laughing hysterically like some crazy hyena at leila because she was running like a mad dog back and forth from the lift to the office, and leila was out of breath and panting for dear life after running approximately 5 million times back and forth from the lift to the office to retrieve her files, name cards, etc. the tall guy walked through the staircase door from where he and his friends were probably having some secret smokers meeting... fidgeted for a while and asked us "are you going for lunch?"... oh man i wonder if we had said yes would he have asked to come along??? -SQUEAL- seriously the guy looked like he spent 5 days rehearsing just to stutter that line out. i was so shocked i merely stared at him with my mouth hanging slightly open, like some disgusting pig. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. so embarrassing. at least leila looked pretty and answered coherently, unlike me, who couldn't even form a single SENTENCE with her big mouth that usually cant stop jabbering.
following which, THEY LEFT! to go back to the office. leila and i proceeded into the lift,where i proceeded to giggle non stop like some fatty. and THERE WAS A CUTE GUY IN THE LIFT! heaven help me. he was so dao though.
me and leilas mission is to GET TO KNOW THE NAMES OF THE CUTE GUYS BY THE END OF THE WEEK.
some methods we've thought of so far:
1) pretend we're gonna print namecards and ask them for theirs to help them print
2)pretend we're gonna drop stuff in the mail and ask if they want us to help
3) this is leilas idea, which is brillant because we can not only know their names but also earn money. ANYWAY, we bake cookies and try to sell them! to the cute guys! and hopefully strike up a convo.
4)this is my idea. i think it is wonderful, because we can recuperate our losses from the stupid kelvin guy. (ok the story is some guy named kelvin who is scrawny CONNED me and leila into buying some lousy discount card for some cafe named Mad Georges. and being the gullible pushovers we are, WE BOUGHT FROM HIM AND WASTED 20 precious BUCKS) anyway we try to sell the guys our card! so we get our dear money back and also get to know their names. AINT I BRILLANT????

hahah. i think im going abit mad. but seriously im chocolate deprived.

ok and do i look really old? today when i went to nus to help my boss do some surveys the only guy who was remotely interested in me wasn't even a student. it was a PROFESSOR. and his name is CORNELIUS. yikkkkeeeesssssss...................................

i must say hi to everyone. esp to dear yanmin! who asked me if my blog was alive a million many years ago and only today did i suddenly bemoan the neglecting of my blog.
and dear sweet lynn! who sent me the sweetest v day gift ever.i was so surprised and thank you so much dear if u read this! sorry i wasnt there the other day at guess!!
ok from not having a job or rather quitting my previous one at guess, ive ended up with 2 jobs! and now i need to look for someone to replace me. anyone in need of a job? both pay 6 bucks an hour. one is at kovan and the other at paya lebar. both are quite slack and have to do with like writing notes and stuff and the bosses are super nice. pls call me if u want a nice job! lynn im envious of your job :)!!!! and your pretty clothes!

and to everyone of my girlfriends out there, i miss u shit loads! pls do say we'll go out soon.

ooh and love life wise, i find myself very very confused. i am still hung up over the person i shouldnt be hung up over. its just that i got a quite sweet v day postcard thing from him and i realise im always spending my weekends with him when he books out. and i never get as excited about going out with other guys then with him. Why???! i would say we're closer than normal friends but not exactly together, i miss those days where we were confirmed/secure together. sigh. and the worst thing is, i know he hates committment! everyone needs some time apart but the thing is will we be apart forever!? i need some advice!

i just wish i din't have to be alone this new years eve... its a bad omen for the rest of the year.
how have i changed since the breakup?
i think i've become alot more independent. i don't feel lonely without him anymore... yay! and i swear i'll think thru more carefully b4 i go for the next one. its really not worth the trauma and i can't say i don't regret the past one year and 9 mths. because i do. and i swear i will never ever be DEPENDENT on any guy again. girls, its just not worth it to be dependent. and never ever give your 100 percent because you'll just be burnt

yesterday was an outing with my favourite girls ":)
upon first meeting all of them, i learnt of a shocking new secret!! oh my, it was so juicy, i screamed!!!
went shopping for prom stuff!!! shiqi said it was a fruitful day.. i dunno why she said that becos i bought nothing! haha. bleeehhh
then i went to eat sushi with shiqi. hahahah alliteration! it was quite fun and we saved a grand total of...... *drumroll* 50 CENTS by not eating the buffet!!! hahaha had a nice talk about like relationships and stuff and shiqi said im a very tempestuous girl (she didnt use tempestuous la, i came up with the BIG WORD!)
oh i met my sis and her bf after that.

i am going to blog in point form cos my thoughts are in a big mess!

it occured to me talking to shing that some girls do not know the concept of boundaries. being the ultimate girly girl i am, there are just some codes of girlhood that absolutely must be kept if you're to call yourself a girl at all, sometimes i really wonder if these girls know what "taken" mean. ugggghhhhhhhhhh.
am i scary? actually reflecting i think i am. something about me gotta change. but i refuse to change some aspects of it. because if you deserve it, im still gonna be scary because ive never really been that good at hiding my emotions. and to that girl who called me scary, i only have 3 things to say to you.

i didn't even do anything to you. i mean do you think i find it necessary to look you up and down every tuition lesson? i don't la. waste my time only.
if you didnt do anything wrong, why should you be scared of me? maybe its your conscience that scares you.
you're in no position to say im scary because i don't know you. neither do you know me. and if you're trying to act like a damsel in distress, maybe it works on some guys but as suba says you've "always been one of those girls".

haha go read shing's blog! its about shiqi and its super funny. its so like shiqi. haha i realised i can really talk to shiqi. one day we decided to stay in school to study and surprise surprise we ended up talking for 4 hours???!!!!!! it felt like one hour la!
oh i bought my prom dress! on mummy's off day. super organised this time no more last minute tailoring and stuff. the last tailor had to deliver it to my house, half the stiitches not properly sewn and everything ill fitting! but im still nervous about my prom dress cos i told leila about it and she kinda laughed. ahhhhh...
everyone pls vote for karl su as mr metrosexual and hou minzheng as prom king! karl is like the only one in his category... hahaha.
ms chua my form teacher likes zheng so much she told him she's gonna ask the council teachers to rig the votes. hahaha.
stress really getting to all of us for A levels. all my friends pleeeaaassseee hang in there... we're gonna have a really good showing for the exams, and then we can celebrate!!!!!!!!!!!! wheeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!

i was going to write an entry last night about how my mum and dad are so sweet! like how my dad sends messages like "love you like crazy" out of the blue to my mum and they like miss each other and still hold hands and stuff. i was also going to say that i don't think Yuqing and i would be like that if we were still together at like 50. as it is it's like so rare in many many moons that he'll send me a sweet message. anyway, i will admit i was sad thinking about it last night.
we quarrelled sorta and i ended up feeling like second or third choice, and utterly useless at making someone happy. ha im nobody's darling!
anyway, we met today. and it totally brightened me up. i realised that though yq doesnt really express himself, he does it thru actions. and i know it isnt enough for me, but its a start and he's sweet in his own way. he pisses the shit out of me at times, but the way he makes me happy is incomparable. its the delirious-life-is-so-good kinda happy! and the sweet messages, being so rare, just make me treasure them more.
so yuqing, cheers to our unique relationship thats like no other but i wouldnt have it any other way! taking those photos with yu was fun. mos burger was fun. telling yu the armpit giapping story was fun! hahah. and most of all... BATMAN! (ask any ri guy) HAHAHAH

uh oh my tag board is dead again.. so sad.
hahah.. anyway today i spent the day studying/not studying at my mum's office.. its really cool cos she's got all these cool samples and catalogues lying everywhere, and i can try the stuff on, and i came home with two VERY nice tube tops! plus we went lunching at ikea and i had swedish meatballs yum yum! and while my dad was in the toliet, me and my mum went SHOPPING! in 10 minutes, my mum bought: 6 glasses and a pack of coasters! she wanted to buy this photo album thingy, but my dad came back just in time and stopped her. and i bought this GI-NORMOUS photoframe and a vase that looks like a block of glass. haha... proud of myself cos i put back many things. don't you think ginormous is such a cute word? the chem lecturer used it in lecture today :)
but i was sad today because i didn't get to watch DEBBIE TRAVIS FACELIFT! this is the first time im admitting to watching it but secretly i've been watching it every afternoon from 3-4! i know its a tai tai thing to do, but its such a nice show! haha its a makeover show! for houses :) its very nice and i always cry after watching it because its just so nice to see people so happy at getting new rooms :)

today marks me feeling the most helpless i have ever felt. knowing there's one person who can solve it all. but is walking away, slipping away out of my reach. for once i am at a loss of what to do. im out of strategies, of things to say to make him want to come back. this blog is testament to what fun times we had. i don't need words to prove my love for him.
yuqing i think you're taking the easy way out. i reallythink so. love isn't always easy. it isnt always a walk in the park like you expect. you can't ditch me everytime it gets tough.
this time is different. you know it and i know it too. you've become such a big part of my life i almost don't know what to do. feeling alone, and at such a loss. meanwhile, im hiding my tears behind my smiles. but they just keep coming. god knows how many times i cried myself to sleep. hugging the carebear that is so smelly yet holds so many memories. i will let go of you someday. someday, but i can't do it now.
