Friday, August 26, 2005 : i don't wanna be anything other than what i've tryna be latelyyyyy!

i was going to write an entry last night about how my mum and dad are so sweet! like how my dad sends messages like "love you like crazy" out of the blue to my mum and they like miss each other and still hold hands and stuff. i was also going to say that i don't think Yuqing and i would be like that if we were still together at like 50. as it is it's like so rare in many many moons that he'll send me a sweet message. anyway, i will admit i was sad thinking about it last night.
we quarrelled sorta and i ended up feeling like second or third choice, and utterly useless at making someone happy. ha im nobody's darling!
anyway, we met today. and it totally brightened me up. i realised that though yq doesnt really express himself, he does it thru actions. and i know it isnt enough for me, but its a start and he's sweet in his own way. he pisses the shit out of me at times, but the way he makes me happy is incomparable. its the delirious-life-is-so-good kinda happy! and the sweet messages, being so rare, just make me treasure them more.
so yuqing, cheers to our unique relationship thats like no other but i wouldnt have it any other way! taking those photos with yu was fun. mos burger was fun. telling yu the armpit giapping story was fun! hahah. and most of all... BATMAN! (ask any ri guy) HAHAHAH

Monday, August 22, 2005 : hi again

oops i forgot to ask yall to help me figure out something
yuqing said he has to starve from now till my bday, but its not for the cash
then what is it for? i know its part of a present, can someone help me figure it out?
my first guess was that he was going to save all the food he didnt eat and give it to me!! haha nice idea right? greedy me

uh oh my tag board is dead again.. so sad.
hahah.. anyway today i spent the day studying/not studying at my mum's office.. its really cool cos she's got all these cool samples and catalogues lying everywhere, and i can try the stuff on, and i came home with two VERY nice tube tops! plus we went lunching at ikea and i had swedish meatballs yum yum! and while my dad was in the toliet, me and my mum went SHOPPING! in 10 minutes, my mum bought: 6 glasses and a pack of coasters! she wanted to buy this photo album thingy, but my dad came back just in time and stopped her. and i bought this GI-NORMOUS photoframe and a vase that looks like a block of glass. haha... proud of myself cos i put back many things. don't you think ginormous is such a cute word? the chem lecturer used it in lecture today :)
but i was sad today because i didn't get to watch DEBBIE TRAVIS FACELIFT! this is the first time im admitting to watching it but secretly i've been watching it every afternoon from 3-4! i know its a tai tai thing to do, but its such a nice show! haha its a makeover show! for houses :) its very nice and i always cry after watching it because its just so nice to see people so happy at getting new rooms :)
ok my fingers are sooo tired... BYE BYE!

Wednesday, August 17, 2005 : today

today marks me feeling the most helpless i have ever felt. knowing there's one person who can solve it all. but is walking away, slipping away out of my reach. for once i am at a loss of what to do. im out of strategies, of things to say to make him want to come back. this blog is testament to what fun times we had. i don't need words to prove my love for him.
yuqing i think you're taking the easy way out. i reallythink so. love isn't always easy. it isnt always a walk in the park like you expect. you can't ditch me everytime it gets tough.
this time is different. you know it and i know it too. you've become such a big part of my life i almost don't know what to do. feeling alone, and at such a loss. meanwhile, im hiding my tears behind my smiles. but they just keep coming. god knows how many times i cried myself to sleep. hugging the carebear that is so smelly yet holds so many memories. i will let go of you someday. someday, but i can't do it now.

Sunday, August 14, 2005 : today

sitting in the library.. cold!very hungry too but im refusing to eat since i ate some weird egg like sandwich and porridge and feel fat. and my skirt is too tight when last time it was too loose! and my glorious reign as a us size 4 is officially over! mel wrote me a really nice peer evaluation.. really nice and honest (i like to think that anyway:) though she said i was bimbotic haha!
anyway i was so bored i took some quizzes.. and VERY ANGRY WITH THE RESULTS!

hi.. my blogger is in chinese.. i dunno why?? help! haha maybe my comp is haunted. oh well.. i was so bored i read xiaxue's blog and i must say.. yawn/ maybe cos im bored or sth. but it just doesnt seem very exciting. and sorta ah lian looking but i do admire her for the publicity she got just from keeping a blog??? and got to go on blind date and stuff. i do like daphne teo's blog though.. pinkshoefetish.blogspot.com .. she's more real than all the other blog bimbos! haha

haha we went out two days. the first day was spent studying but it was very fun cos we went swimming then went to eat prata and spent a friggin 14 bucks just on prata.. everyone try mushroom and cheese prata! it is very nice. swimming was fun cos we kept trying to ride on the float i have its in the shape of a gator and i think my dear fatty just broke it with his fatty butt! haha oh and it was fun cos of something else!

here we are! a perfectly innocuous looking taka bag. hmmm... what could it be? i thought... then i peeked.. and this is what i saw!!!!!!

ok and yesterday we went out and it was sorta spooky cos no one was in town! but we watched bewitched anyway and it is ok la.. but not very spectacular.. but nicole kidman is pretty.. next to watch.. THE MAID!!!! eee... so spooky.

in between, we took a neoprint! wearing our same colour topshop shirts (hahah yuqings bright idea)

nice right? nice right? except we got really sian of decorating haha.. and his mum says i look fat in the 'im stronger than you' one!

haha im also posting last weeks neoprint! the one after yq's haircut!

but am very sad. becos yuqing said im more cute than pretty.. my report card is in 9/10 for cuteness. and 8/10 for prettiness. but 10/10 for hotness?? huhhh.. i dun wanna be cute. i never thought of myself as that!

hello dears! oi i realise i miss my friends.
like shing shiqi doro lynn yanmin and erica... i haven't talked/gone out with you guys since like forever!!!! what happened???? i miss you guys! yes you!!!!!!
oi and leila. i haven't forgotten you! you my honey! see you everyday but its just so fun!
i suddenly miss ras. ok she so won't be reading this. but she messaged me the other day with this uber funny message. and then i miss her! and our hopelessly romantic moods. and when i broke up with randall she was really there for me and bought me a flower (tulip) and paid fung shin to sing me a song though i never got that song haha but i still miss her!
oh and last but not least. yuqing! you la. talk to you so much yet i still miss you. ALL YOUR FAULT!!!
haha im in a crazy mood. its too early in the morning to think straight! and i cant believe i slept thru most of top model. raahhh. why did brandy still make it. its killing me.
